This is a Tree Preservation Order dated 13th October 1983, "GIVEN under the Common Seal of the County Council of Northumberland"

Description: The several Ash, Elm and Sycamore standing in the area numbered A1 on the plan.
Situation: Situated to the north-west of Rudchester Manor in the north-eastern corner of field No. 1471 extending 80.0 metres along the eastern boundry and 42.0 metres along the northern boundary.
